Creating and Completing a Profile: In order for you to edit your Profile, it must first be authenticated by the administrator. That will be done ONCE PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED (either by an online payment or receipt of check.) Once authenticated, your User Name and Password will be forwarded to the email you have provided. You then may sign in on the Welcome Page and complete your Profile for others to see. YOU MAY CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD BY SCROLLING ALL THE WAY DOWN ON YOUR PROFILE PAGE AND FOLLOWING THE INSTRUCTIONS. 

ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN AUTHENTICATED YOU DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER OR REREGISTER.

• Your maiden name, if applicable
